Ed Pollock hit a hurricane century to power St. George CC to a five wicket win over Fairfield-Liverpool CC in a New South Wales Premier Cricket first grade encounter.
The Worcestershire batter smashed 116 off just 58 balls as St. George chased down a 252 target in only 29.5 of their allotted 50 overs.
Pollock cleared the ropes for NINE maximums and also struck 11 fours.
He put on 160 for the second wicket with Kurtis Patterson (70) in continuing his recent impressive run of scores.
Pollock was unbeaten on 82 in the win over Parramatta and made 38 in leading a recovery during the success over Randwick-Petersham.
Fairfield-Liverpool had earlier been bowled out for 251 in 46.3 overs.
Josh Baker picked up two wickets during a tight spell of bowling for Northern District CC but his side went down by five wickets to UNSW in another first grade fixture.
The slow left armer struck in successive overs in his second spell to dismiss UNSW captain Brandon McLean and Hayden McLean.
Baker ended with figures of 10-1-35-2, bowling six and four over spells, but UNSW reached a 201 target with an over to spare.
He had batted number ten and made four not out in an all out total of 200 in 47.4 overs.
