Alex Hepburn made another important contribution with the ball as Willetton Dragons defeated home side South Perth by eight wickets in a Western Australia Cricket Association first grade clash.
Hepburn had been in fine form the previous day, scoring 57 and returning 4-37 as his side went down by three wickets to Wanneroo.
But this time the Worcestershire all-rounder was on the winning side as Willetton triumphed with more than 21 overs to spare.
South Perth – the side Joe Clarke played for last winter – elected to bat and were dismissed for 92 in 29.3 overs.
Hepburn accounted for South Perth's only significant contributor in opener H. Brown (40) – fourth out at 68.
Three runs later Hepburn struck again in dismissing N. Mitchell (11) – one of only two other players to reach double figures.
Hepburn finished with figures of 2-18 from eight overs.
Willetton made light of their modest target thanks to an unbeaten 52 from opener K. Elliot and reached 93-2 in 28.2 overs with Hepburn not required to bat.
