Moeen Ai is gearing up for his second ICC WorldT20 with England flying out to India today (Monday) to prepare for the tournament.
The Worcestershire all-rounder has had two weeks at home to recuperate after a busy winter involving series with Pakistan in the UAE and then South Africa.
But now the 28-year-old will rejoin his team-mates and play two warm-up matches before England's opener against the West Indies in Mumbai (Bombay) on March 16.
South Africa, Sri Lanka and a qualifying nation are also in England's group.
Moeen featured prominently in the 2014 tournament in Bangladesh and played against New Zealand, Sri Lanka, South Africa and the Netherlands.
He has played a total of 12 T2OIs since making his debut in that format of the game in the West Indies two years ago.
Moeen's highest T20I score to date was his 72 not out against Australia at the Swalec Stadium, Cardiff in August 2014.
His best bowling return was his 2-22 against South Africa in Cape Town last month.
England's first warm-up match takes place on Saurday (March 12) against New Zealand in Mumbai.
