Daryl Mitchell helped Brockhampton achieve a rare victory in the Birmingham Premier League Division One encounter with promoted Kidderminster.
Kidderminster totalled 213-5 in 46 overs with Ben Twohig making 22 before being dismissed by Worcestershire team-mate Mitchell who finished with 1-37 from nine overs.
Mitchell then set Brockhampton on the way to a revised target of 148 in 25 overs by making 45 off 37 balls with nine fours and they pulled off a four wicket success with an over to spare.
Worcestershire Academy player Callum Lea continued his good form with a century for Himley in the Division One clash with Leamington.
Lea had scored a half century on his debut for Worcestershire Seconds in the win over Surrey Seconds at Kidderminster after a string of impressive scores for the Academy.
He followed that up by making 113 not out off 100 balls with one six and 13 fours as Himley totalled 320-2 in 41 overs, sharing an unbroken third wicket stand of 233 with Shehan Fernando (130 not out).
But Lea’s efforts proved in vain as there was only time for Leamington to reach 12-1 in reply and the game was abandoned as a draw.
In the same division, George Rhodes hit a half century to help Barnards Green overcome Bromsgrove in another rain-affected game.
The Worcestershire all-rounder struck 57 from 80 deliveries with eight boundaries as Barnard Green reached 204-8 in 41 overs.
Bromsgrove were set a revised target of 208 in 40 overs but were bowled out for 131 in 37.3 overs.
In the Premier Division, relegation-threatened Ombersley were bolstered by the inclusion of Brett D’Oliveira and Ben Cox as they overcame Moseley.
D’Oliveira made 26 from 48 balls and Cox a run a ball 14 in a line-up which also included Worcestershire players Josh Dell (2) and Jack Haynes (14).
Nick Hammond (58 not out) and Josh Haynes (60) rescued Ombersley from 75-5 and lifted them to 215-7 in 42 overs.
D’Oliveira then took two catches and bowled four overs for 13 runs as Moseley, set a revised total of 238 in 43 overs, were restricted to 116-8 from 28.5 overs.
