We invite you to join us at Ladies Day on Tuesday, 11th August at New Road, regarded as one of the most anticipated events in the county’s social calendar. The day will take place in the beautiful surroundings of the Chestnut Marquee at New Road, Worcester with the cricket being complemented by top-class hospitality and our exceptional, locally sourced food and drinks menu.

Can men attend Ladies Day?
Yes, absolutely! Ladies Day is open to everyone. The event is not suitable for children.

Will I be seated on a mixed table?
If you are not booking a full table of 10 guests, smaller groups will be seated on shared tables.

Is there parking available on site?
Carparking is subject to availability and can be booked by Members 48 hours in advance; non-members can book 24 hours in advance of the match, online or over the phone. Additional local parking options are also available nearby. Friary Walk Multi Storey or Worcester City Council

Where is the Ladies Day Marquee located at Worcestershire County Cricket Club?
The Marquee is located on the Graeme Hick Pavillion entrance side of the cricket ground, the opposite end to the Premier Inn. What Three Words: common.mental.fuels

What time does the event start?
The Marquee and bar will open from 10:00am. To make the most of your day, we recommend arrival by 11:00am.

What time does the cricket start and finish?
Match play begins at 11:00am and is scheduled to finish at approximately 6:30pm, subject to weather conditions.

What happens if it rains?
Ladies Day will continue inside the Marquee even if match play is reduced or abandoned due to weather.

Can special dietary requirements be catered for?
Worcestershire County Cricket Club can accommodate most dietary requirements. Please ensure any requests are submitted well in advance of the event. Can I pay with cash or card on the day?
The venue operates as cashless, and card payments are accepted at the bar. Bar tabs are not permitted. You may wish to bring a small amount of cash for charity raffle tickets.

Can I smoke or vape at the event?
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the Marquee or on the frontage to the cricket pitch. A designated smoking and vaping area are available in the Graeme Hick Pavilion car park, a short walk from the Marquee. Please ask the Marquee Steward for directions.
