Alexei Kervezee top-scored with 54 in Worcestershire's 224 and Gareth Andrew (4-42) restricted Kent to 229 in reply.
Ben Cox hit a then career best 89 as Worcestershire made 270 in their second innings and Andrew (4-43) and three wickets apiece for Charlie Morris and Jack Shantry helped dismiss Kent for 140.
