Worcestershire Women’s Rapids will welcome back Milly Home and Sarah Glenn as they look to seal the top spot in the ECB Women’s County T20 Group Two with two matches against Shropshire at Bromsgrove CC on Bank Holiday Monday (May 2).
Opener Home is part of a 13 strong squad after missing the double triumph over Berkshire through illness, while England spinner Glenn is also available.
The Rapids are currently ahead of Staffordshire on net run rate after winning three of their four matches.
Finals day will take place at Falkland CC in Berkshire on Sunday, May 8, with the group winners playing the fourth-placed team in the semi-finals and second facing third.
Rapids Captain, Chloe Hill, said: “We spoke after the last game about maintaining our standards going into the last two group matches.
“We want to finish top of the group and give ourselves the best chance of finishing off the T20 competition in the right way.
“It is good to have Milly and Sarah back and a full-strength squad to choose from.”
