The Worcestershire Rapids match-day experience for NatWest T20 Blast games was right up there with the best in the country last summer – and we are determined it will be even better in 2015.
A survey of more than 32,000 people who attended T20 Blast matches in 2014 showed that only Nottinghamshire Outlaws were deemed to be better than the Rapids at giving the spectator what they want when attending matches – and only by 0.1 of a point.
That represented a rise of three places on Worcestershire's fifth placed finish in 2013.
The survey covered all the counties and incorporated every game and spectators were asked to give marks out of 10 about many aspects of their experience ranging from the atmosphere, the view of the cricket, food and drink and length of queues.
We want anyone who attends T20 Blast matches at New Road in our 150th anniversary year to be even more satisfied with the overall product.
We would like your help in achieving this aim by giving us your feedback if you attend our home T20 matches this summer.

The surveys are automatically e-mailed out post match to people who have purchased tickets – and if supporters provide their feedback they go in to a draw to win 2016 Test match tickets.
Worcestershire membership and ticketing manager Amy Francetti said: "Coming second last year was a reward for everyone who put the effort in to make the matchday experience fun and enjoyable.
"We always take great pride in ensuring members and spectators are well catered for in all aspects of a day out at New Road. It is always high up in our list of priorities.
"The survey incorporates the whole customer experience from picking up the phone when dealing with supporters and selling tickets, to how they enjoyed the actual match day event experience.
"We hope that everyone takes part and by doing that you can help us to help you have an even more memorable day out."
