The Haynes brothers, Jack and Josh, both scored half centuries on the second day of the drawn match between Worcestershire Rapids and Worcestershire Pears sides at Kidderminster.
The duo are sons of former Worcestershire all-rounder Gavin Haynes with Josh a member of the current New Road academy intake.
Jack, who is aged just 14, made 81 off 123 balls with one six and 12 fours for the Rapids who resumed on 78-2 in reply to the Pears first innings total of 262 all out.
The Rapids slipped to 150-8 before Jack Haynes and Graeme Whiles added 94 for the ninth wicket to help their side total 247 all out in 69.2 overs.
Andy Sutton, who is the performance director of the Worcestershire Cricket Board, and Bromsgrove School pupil Alex Wilkinson both picked up three wickets.
The Pears quickly lost opener Richard Oliver in their second innings but Freedie Wynn (77 not out) and Josh Haynes (54) added 131 for the second wicket.
Wynn struck 15 fours in his 72 ball innings and Josh Haynes made 54 from 88 deliveries with nine boundaries.
The game ended after the latter's dismissal with the Pears standing on 143-2 from 27.3 overs.
