Worcestershire paceman Nick Harrison is to be released by the county at the end of the season when his current contract expires. Harrison, 22, who has played three first class and seven List A matches for the county since making his debut in 2011, has been told he will not be offered a new contract. County CEO David Leatherdale said "It is always hard when players contracts are not renewed but it is hoped by informing Nick early he will have the best opportunity to find another county as he will be available to play during the remainder of this season if an opportunity arises."
