This season sees Worcestershire Rapids play seven home games. The season kicks off against local rivals Birmingham Bears on Friday, 3 June, and finishes with the visit of Notts Outlaws on Sunday, 3 July.

This is one you really don’t want to miss. Taking place on Sunday 5 June (the Jubilee bank holiday weekend), New Road is hosting a ‘Jubilee Celebration’. Once the gates open, you and the family will be welcomed for themed entertainment like face-painting, interactive games, circus skills workshops and much more on top of the cricket. The perfect day out for the whole family.
2. Food Village & Interaction
Our Food Village will keep the whole family’s bellies full as there’s something for everyone with so much to offer. The matchday experience has been specially designed for young people to enjoy cricket in a safe and accessible environment. You’ll find a range of interactive games and activities, player signings and a chance to meet the club mascot, Nile the Crocodile. There will be the chance to secure some Worcestershire merch and giveaways and competitions. It’s a whole new level of family entertainment at the cricket.

3. Under 16 tickets for £5
If that wasn’t enough to have already booked your tickets, we are offering adult tickets from just £15 and just £5 for the under 17s (yes, £5!) for all fixtures. Proving you don’t have to break the bank to have a good family day out.

Based in the heart of Worcester, New Road is in the perfect location. It’s easily accessed via public transport and is just a five-minute walk from Worcester Foregate Street station. You’ll also find several local car parks within short walking distance of the ground, for those travelling by car.
