Worcestershire CCC supporters can look forward to savouring the finest cuisine in addition to high class cricket on day one of the final three home Specsavers County Championship matches of the 2018 season.
The new look Marquee, supplied by the Worcestershire CC Supporters Association and sponsored by McMinn Developments, will provide the perfect setting to enjoy a meal to remember against the backdrop of the Cathedral and the action out in the middle.
The dates to look out for are September 4 (Hampshire), September 10 (Surrey) and September 24 (Yorkshire) and will commence on each of those days from 12 noon with final order for food taken at 3pm

Worcestershire Managing Director Jon Graham said: “We would recommend booking in advance for an opportunity to experience the new a la carte menu in the plush surroundings of the new Chestnut Marquee. Diners can also enjoy watching the cricket from the exclusive seating area after finishing their meal with full use of a private bar until close of play.
“We are confident that members and supporters will enjoy what will be on offer in the marquee following feedback this season specifically during Q&A’s with Matt Rawnsley about having a restaurant facility on a match day. The initial three days that the marquee will be open are purely on a trail basis to establish if there is sufficient interest and demand to consider a more permanent offering for the 2019 season. By spreading the dates across the three September home fixtures this allows multiple opportunities for members and supporters to make a reservation.”
