The Sky Sports cameras will be at New Road for live coverage of two of Worcestershire Rapids NatWest T20 Blast group matches this summer.
Their first appearance is for tomorrow's clash with Notts Outlaws (named shortened from Nottinghamshire this season) in a game which gets underway at 2.30pm
The Rapids will be hoping for better luck with the weather as last season's corresponding fixture was washed out without a ball being bowled on a Friday evening.
They registered their first ever win over the Outlaws in the competition – and their first T20 Blast win of last season – via a 24 run success at Trent Bridge.
The Rapids will also have the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of the cameras on Sunday, July 5 against Durham Jets at New Road (2.30pm start).
Last season's game was also televised and, although shortened by the weather, proved to be an exciting affair.
Durham made 105-3 in their 13 overs and appeared to have the match well under control until some big hitting by Ross Whiteley and Gareth Andrew changed the game.
Andrew made 20 off 12 balls and Whiteley an unbeaten 25 off 14 deliveries as the Rapids triumphed by five wickets.
Let's hope this season's game is as exciting and that Sky Sports return to New Road for a third time – to televise a home quarter-final!
