Brett D'Oliveira made an instant impact with bat and ball for St. Augustine's on his return to playing in South Africa.
The Worcestershire all-rounder played a key part in his club side's eight wicket win in a two-day Premier League fixture against Victorians at Chukka Road.
It was the start of his second spell with St Augustine's where his grandfather Basil initially made his name before becoming an England and Worcestershire legend.
St. Augustine's were put in on day one after winning the toss and made 212-6 in 60 overs with D'Oliveira top-scoring with 81.
D'Oliveira, who signed a new three year contract with Worcestershire before heading to South Africa, then picked up three wickets as Victorians were bowled out for 79 and forced to follow on.
They fared better in their second innings in making 212 but it did not stop D'Oliveira collecting another three wickets and his side comfortably reached their 80 target.
A quartet of Worcestershire players will return to action in Australia this weekend.
Tom Kohler-Cadmore, fresh from a debut 50 for Penrith Panthers, will face home side Mosman on day one of a Sydney Grade Cricket first grade two-day match.
Alex Hepburn will be part of the Willetton Dragons side in Western Australia Cricket Association first grade action away to Midland-Guildford in a one-day encounter.
George Rhodes, who picked up four wickets last weekend, will be part of the North Canberra Gungahlin team travelling to face ANU in the Australian Capital Territory Premier Cricket first grade.
Academy batsman Ollie Westbury, whose first two knocks for Hay Park have produced scores of 69 and 42, will take on visiting Colts in a Bunbury and District Cricket Association first grade contest.
We will endeavour to bring the results of all these matches and how the Worcestershire players perform via the club website during the weekend.
