Josh Dell hit a quickfire 30 but was on the losing side as Mosman CC went down by six wickets in a high scoring New South Wales Premier Cricket first grade encounter.
The Worcestershire CCC batsman came to the wicket at 13-1 after Mosman had been put into bat.
Dell struck five boundaries in his 35 ball knock and added 53 for the second wicket with Nathan Hinton (38) before his dismissal.
Anthony Adams (75) and Matthew Calder (78) made the major contributions for Mosman who totalled 306-9 in their 50 overs.
Dell’s team looked to be in control of proceedings after Hawkesbury lost their first three wickets for only 60 runs.
But the match was effectively decided by a fourth wicket stand of 214 between Dale McKay and Nivethan Radhakrishnan.
The latter was eventually dismissed for 129 but McKay saw Hawkesbury over the finishing line in 46.3 overs with an unbeaten 121.
