Worcestershire Rapids Royal London One-Day Cup semi-final today is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of exciting events being staged at New Road during the next month.
The ground will be close to full capacity for the Rapids meeting with Surrey as Joe Leach's side strive to seal a spot in the Lord's final on July 1.
But musical superstar Olly Murs, England Lions versus South Africa, the Jungle Book Outdoor Cinema Event plus the derby with Birmingham Bears to launch the NatWest T20 Blast are also on the agenda by early July.
Olly Murs will be performing at New Road on Sunday, June 25 as part of his huge 2017 Summer Tour!
The former X factor runner-up is playing 22 outdoor dates across the UK.
Tickets are priced at: £39.50 plus booking fee ad postage fee (General Admission) and £55.00 plus booking fee and postage fee (Platinum enclosure).
They can be purchased from: www.wccc.co.uk, www.ollymurs.com, www.ticketmaster.co.uk and www.lhgtickets.com
Following on from a music star will be the cream of England's up and coming stars when the Lions take on South Africa at New Road from June 29 to July 1.
The match will be South Africa's final fixture ahead of the first Test at Lord's starting on July 6 so they are expected to field a virtually full strength side.
Then the next day, Sunday July 2, sees the latest installment in what has become a annual event at New Road – the Outdoor Cinema – which this year's features the iconic 1967 animated film 'Jungle Book.'
Families and friends will have the chance to sing and dance to classic tunes such as 'The Bare Necessities' and 'I Wanna Be Like You'.
It follows on from the success of last year's Outdoor Cinema Events 'The Lion King' and 'Finding Nemo'
Tickets will again be priced at just £10 for Adults and £5 for Juniors with a Family Ticket for two Adults and two Juniors costing £25.
It is back to cricket the following Friday (July 7) with the launch of the 2017 NatWest T20 Blast and the game all Rapids supporters always look forward to – at home to Birmingham Bears.
The Rapids completed a double over their local rivals last summer and will be looking to get off to a flying start in their bid to reach a first ever finals day.
Once again there will be seven North Group matches at New Road and a Rapids Season Pass costing just £99 offers fantastic value for money.
It's the climax of a series of events to saviour – and there will be more to follow on and off the field throughout the summer!
Worcestershire CEO Tom Scott said: "The semi-final is a great pre-cursor for the events we've got coming up with Olly Murs the following Sunday plus the England Lions v South Africa which is a huge event for the club.
"It will be the main South African Test side playing at New Road in the final game before the first Test at Lord's.
"If you can't get to the Test, it is the ideal chance to see the stars of South Africa play against some of the best young England talent.
"Then we've got the Outdoor Cinema and then run straight from that into the T20 with Warwickshire on July7.
"We've got a very busy period ahead of us which is a very exciting time for the club and the weather is set fair.
"It is a very busy window for the club and one everyone is relishing."
