Worcestershire CCC Academy gained an emphatic 209 run victory over Herefordshire Seconds in a two-day game at Bromyard.
Herefordshire were set a 307 target in 51 overs on the final day but were dismissed for 97 in just 25 overs.
Billy Cox did the initial damage by claiming four of the first five wickets in reducing Herefordshire to 43-5 and they never recovered with Lee Tyrrell (3-26) helping to polish off the innings.
The Academy had notched up 332-5 declared in their first innings with opener Jake Cartwright making 106 off 163 balls with two sixes and 16 fours.
He shared in stands of 86 with Will Fraine and 92 with Jujhar Johal before Darrel Williams hammered 70 from 36 balls and put on 114 with Ian Bullock for the fifth wicket.
Herefordshire replied with 249-7 before declaring 83 behind after seven batsmen had scored between 24 and 39.
There were two wickets apiece for Dom Badger and Dan Lloyd.
The Academy quickly built on their advantage with opener Fraine making an unbeaten 108 off 81 balls with five sixes and 12 fours.
He shared in an opening stand of 104 with Cartwright and 78 with Connor Dudley before the declaration at 223-3 from just 28 overs – and then Cox and Tyrrell got to work with the ball.
