Worcestershire CCC will again be holding their popular Christmas Sunday Lunches in the build-up to the festive season in the Graeme Hick Pavilion.
But there is a new venture this year with the County also staging midweek Christmas Lunches on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week throughout December – also in the Hick Pavilion.
The Sunday Lunches have been well supported in past years and will be held on December 4 and December 18.
But in addition there will be a post Christmas Sunday Lunch at the same venue on January 22.
Our top notch catering team will ensure a feast to remember and the three course meal and crackers is just £24 per head.
There are choices available for each course and, to whet the appetite of those planning to attend, here is the Sunday Lunches menu.
Chef’s Leek, Potato and Fresh Tarragon Soup
Ardennes Pate with Plum and Brandy, Winter Leaves and a Spicy Apple Chutney
Highland Smoked Salmon Mousse with a Soft Mustard and Dill Centre with Granary Bread
Roast Turkey with Pigs in Blanket and a Chestnut, Orange and Cranberry Stuffing
Roast Topside of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding and a Rich Roast Gravy
Baked Supreme of Salmon with a Thyme and Lemon Crust served with a White Wine Sauce
Rosemary and Garlic Roast Potatoes, Croquette Potatoes, Button Sprouts and Chantenay Carrots
All Butter Lemon Tart with Chantilly Cream
Gingerbread Cheesecake with Cream Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce
Followed by Coffee and Mints
The midweek Christmas Lunches will be held from 12 noon until 5pm with two courses costing £20 and three courses £25.
It is an ideal – and mouth watering – way for businesses and groups of friends to celebrate the forthcoming Christmas season.
You will be joined by other parties in our Graeme Hick Pavilion BUT if your party size contains over 30 people then you can book the room for just your team.
