Batsman Cornall, 22, has played twice for Lancashire this season in the Royal London Cup against Essex at Old Trafford and Durham and Gosforth.
Burrows, 23, a right-arm paceman, played two first class games for Lancashire in last summer’s Bob Willis Trophy.
Former Leicestershire batsman Ali, 26, has played 15 first class, 17 List A and 24 T20 matches during his career.
