County Players And Staff Pay Tribute To Alex Gidman

Worcestershire CCC players and backroom staff were quick to pay tribute to Alex Gidman via social networking after he was forced to retire through injury.

All-rounder Joe Leach – Gutted to hear about @alex_gidman, one of the best blokes going around, a pleasure to call him a teammate, all the best for the future mate

Batsman Tom Kohler-Cadmore – Sad to see @alex_gidman have to retire. It's been awesome learning from him over the last 18 months.
