A former First-class cricketer and Coach for Warwickshire County Cricket Club and England, Ashley is also a Performance Coach and Co-founder of the Giles Trust.

Ashley reflects on his first 14 months as CEO of Worcestershire, through the rollercoaster of a season on and off the field for the club, and how his leadership has helped the organisation face many challenges whilst still being successful on the field of play.
