Worcestershire Seconds will be boosted by the inclusion of Club Captain Joe Leach for today’s (Thursday’s) SET20 encounter with Somerset Seconds at Taunton Vale (1pm start).
Leach has played and led the side in eight out of nine of Worcestershire’s nine LV=Insurance County Championship matches this season.
But it will be Josh Dell who skippers the side on this occasion as the Seconds look to maintain their hopes of qualifying for finals day.
They are currently lying in second spot in the Central Group – four points clear of Gloucestershire.
The three Group winners and the team in the runners-up spot with the best record will contest finals day at Arundel on June 24.
Worcestershire will be seeking to complete a double after defeating Somerset by seven wickets at Barnt Green.
