Joe Clarke started off where he finished last season for Worcestershire – with a century on the second day of the friendly encounter with Leeds-Bradford MCCU at Weetwood.
And he was then followed to the three figure mark by Tom Kohler-Cadmore who indicated that his shoulder problem is well and truly behind him.
With Tom Fell, Brett D'Oliveira and Ben Cox also hitting fifties, Worcestershire were able to amass 453-4 declared – a first innings advantage of 291.
Then four of their bowlers picked up a wicket each as Leeds-Bradford MCCU closed on 132-4 – still 159 in arrears.
England Lions batsman Clarke had scored a career best 194 against Derbyshire at New Road in the final game of the 2016 campaign.
And today he reached three figures off 113 balls in the penultimate over before lunch.
It followed on from Clarke's 89 for the MCC against Champion County Middlesex in Abu Dhabi two weeks ago.
Worcestershire added 148 runs in the morning session for the loss of D'Oliveira for 82. The opening batsman hit 12 boundaries in his 140 ball knock and shared in stands of 118 with Fell and 77 with Clarke.
Clarke is looking to build on last summer – his first full one at senior level – when he hit five Championship hundreds and amassed over 1,200 runs.
He looked full of confidence after his knock for the MCC and his half century for the North versus the South in the 50 over series in Dubai.
Clarke was dismissed soon after lunch for 109 – from 125 balls with 11 fours and a six – after adding 96 with Kohler-Cadmore.
But then Kohler-Cadmore flourished and received his reward for the hard work put in to return from his shoulder surgery ahead of schedule.
He brought up his half century from 99 deliveries with six boundaries and then pressed his foot on the accelerator.
Kohler-Cadmore finished unbeaten on 101 from 144 balls with one six and 12 fours and added an ubroken 142 in 23.4 overs with Cox whose 66 not out came from only 65 deliveries with one six and eight boundaries.
Skipper Joe Leach, Jack Shantry, Charlie Morris and D'Oliveira all enjoyed one success with the ball when Leeds-Bradford batted for a second time.
John Hastings was also able to send down another 10 overs after taking the new ball in his return to match bowling after his patella tendon injury.
Leach claimed his first wicket of the game when he trapped Steve Bullen lbw for 11 with 27 on the board.
Ben Shoare and Martin Andersson added 53 for the second wicket before both departed.
Shoare (43) was caught by Leach at mid off from a leading edge against Shantry.
Then Andersson (34) pulled Morris into the hands of Shantry at long leg.
The final wicket of the day fell to D'Oliveira as Ollie Graham (16) went for an attempted cut but hit the ball straight to Fell at cover.
