Tom Fell scored a century for Wolverhampton as they raced to a seven wicket win over Walmley in a Birmingham League Premier Division encounter.
The Worcestershire batsman had been part of the magnificent run chase in scoring 404 in 79 overs to defeat Northamptonshire in the Specsavers County Championship on Friday.
And Fell led the way for his club side with 134 not out off 98 balls.
He came in at 15-2 as Wolverhampton pursued a 192 target and struck four sixes and 17 fours. They needed only 34.2 overs to secure victory.
Worcestershire spinner Ben Twohig had also made a sizeable contribution for Wolverhampton, returning 4-37 in his 10 overs as Walmley were bowled out for 191 in 46.4 overs.
Fell and the County's England Under-19 player Zen Malik – 1-29 in 10 – picked up a wicket apiece.
Brett D'Oliveira scored 17 for Ombersley in the abandoned match with Berkswell, his side managing 158-8 from 45.1 overs when the heavens opened.
Another Worcestershire opener in Ollie Westbury made 28 as Shrewsbury were dismissed for 151 in 49.4 overs before their match at Walsall was also washed out.
In Division One, George Rhodes put in a fine all-round performance for Barnards Green in their rain-affected clash with Dorridge.
Rhodes bowled a spell of 10-0-29-1 as Dorridge amassed 235-4 in 46 overs and then top-scored with 46 as Barnard Green were restricted to 150-7 off 29.5 overs in reply.
Alexei Kervezee struck 59 off 44 balls for Bromsgrove in their 177 run win over Bridgnorth. Bromsgrove rattled up 280-6 in 50 overs and dismissed their opponents for 103 in 31.4 overs.
