Worcestershire Women’s Rapids experienced mixed fortunes in their Vitality Women’s County T20 double header with Yorkshire and Cheshire at Barnton Cricket Club.
The Rapids went down 42 runs to Yorkshire in their opening game but then defeated Cheshire by seven wickets in a rain-affected encounter.
It means after three rounds comprising games, they have two wins, two defeats and two no results to their name and a total of 10 points.
Flora Bertwhistle had an afternoon to remember with the ball and her combined figures for the two games were 8-1-25-5.
In Game One, Yorkshire were bowled out for 113 in 19.1 overs.

The Rapids reached 39-2 in reply after Chloe Hill and Sarah Glenn added 31 for the third wicket but were bowled out for 71 in 19.1 overs.
