Worcestershire duo Ed Barnard and Alex Hepburn will be on opposite sides this weekend when Scarborough entertain Willetton Dragons in the Western Australia Cricket Association one-day clash at Abbett Park East.
The County pair have both experienced one wash-out, one win and one defeat from their opening three fixtures since flying Down Under after the end of the 2016 campaign at New Road.
Scarborough were beaten by Subiaco Floreat but then defeated University in back to back games last weekend while Willetton overcame Mount Lawley but then lost to Melville.
Tom Kohler-Cadmore's side, Penrith Panthers, will be looking to build on their opening 17 run success over North Sydney in the New South Wales Premier first grade when they visit Manly Warringah for another two day fixture.
Penrith amassed 362 but had to work hard to edge out their opponents on the second day.
Jack Shantry is set to make his debut in the competition for Sutherland who visit East Suburbs for a two-day contest.
The County paceman played Down Under for Greenvale Kangaroos alongside wicket-keeper Ben Cox two winters ago.
A fifth Worcestershire player in George Rhodes will be striving to continue the good form shown on his debut for Tee Tree Gully.
Rhodes scored 43 and returned 2-37 in the win over Adelaide University in a one-day match in the South Australia Cricket Association West End Cup.
Now Tea Tree switch to two day mode in the SACA Bradbrook Cup away to Adelaide on Saturday and then October 29.
A host of other Worcestershire players will be in action Down Under during the next few weeks – visas permitting – in Ross Whiteley, Joe Leach, Ben Cox, Charlie Morris and Ben Twohig.
