Approved Nominations for Board Membership

Further to the decision to extend the closing date for application/ nomination for Board Membership until 5^th January, only `retiring` director, Mr David Baker, has indicated his wish to continue to serve. Accordingly, the Board will regard Mr Baker elected subject  to confirmation by Members at the next AGM.  The Board will regard the other vacancy as `casual` and will move to fill this by appointment in accordance with Rule 17.5.
