worcestershire ccc academy will be competing in the four counties t20 competition at New Road on sunday (august 18).
three t20 matches and up to 120 overs of cricket will be staged during the day with free admission for the two semi-finals and final.
it is an ideal opportunity to see some of the county’s budding players of the future in action in a format which mirrors vitality blast finals day.
worcestershire academy will be in action in the first match of the day against a herefordshire seconds-development x1.
play will get underway at 10.30am.
the second semi-final will feature staffordshire seconds-development x1 taking on shropshire seconds-development x1.
play in that match will begin at 1pm.
the two victorious semi-finalists will then contest the final which will start at 4.40pm.
