Worcestershire Seconds will return to competitive action this week with two away matches with Leicestershire.
They will do battle in a Second Eleven Trophy clash at Grace Road tomorrow (11am) start.
The two sides will then meet in a three day Second Eleven Championship match at Lutterworth beginning on Wednesday (11am).
Gareth Andrew will skipper the side and play purely as a batsman while he continues his rehabilitation from a back problem.
Opening batsman Matt Pardoe is included in the squad after being replaced by Richard Oliver in the Worcestershire side for the current LV = County Championship match with Glamorgan at New Road.
It is the start of a busy period for the Seconds who will also take on Lancashire, Yorkshire, MCC Young Cricketers and Durham in Trophy and Championship fixtures before the end of July.
