This weekend they will contest the second day of the home match with Southern District who recovered from 98-5 to reach 337-7 on the opening day.

Meanwhile, county colleague Joe Clarke has passed the 600 run mark in all matches for South Perth CC.

South Perth will tomorrow (Saturday) start a two day match at home to leaders Joondalup.

Worcestershire duo Ben Cox and Jack Shantry will be part of the Greenvale Kangaroos side who will start a two day away game against Monash Tigers in the Victorian Premier Cricket Bartercard Men's Premier Firsts competition.

Joe Leach's side, North Canberra Gungahlin, will have to chase a sizeable total on the second day of their Australian Capital Territory first grade match against home side ANU who scored 266-6 last weekend.

In the same competition,  Ed Barnard's team, Queanbeyan District, will resume on 47-0 in reply to visiting Ginninderra's 208 all out.
